I've graduated yesterday - but 9 weeks ago even 1 minute of running was a challenge! And now, look - I can run easily for 30 minutes. So the program really works. You will enjoy it and I am sure about it :-))

Hi! I started a few weeks ago but still on week one due to my ankles/knee/hip/back (everything) being in pain haha. Even though it's really hard and painful for me I have still enjoyed it - I haven't lost any weight yet but I feel so much better generally. I didn't realise how unfit I was. Hopefully I'll get on to week 2 eventually, just don't rush, pace yourself. Your body will tell you if it is ready or not to move onto the next podcast. Good luck!! xxx
