Hello guys!
I am a new member on here so just wanted to introduce myself. I am Becky, I’m 36 years old, the mum of a teenager 🙈and a full-time primary school teacher currently enjoying the first week of the summer hols.
I have previously started C25K when I was fitter and lighter in weight and I think I got as far as Week 6 🤔. This time, I have just completed Week 1, finishing the first run this morning.
I am actually quite worried as I’m finding it so much harder this time around and not sure if I should repeat Week 1 next week so any advice would be appreciated! I should say that I completed the first two runs on the treadmill with air con but then thought I should try running in our hillier local park this morning. Needless to say, I found it so much harder today, not sure if it was due to the heat, the hills or the embarrassment of having to ‘run’ past all the dog walkers!
