Nothing like a global pandemic of a disease which affects chubby people worse to get me off my bum!
Covid19 isn't going to stop at me and go " noo sweetheart, you're curvy"..it's not my friend...(I passed curvy 2 stone ago).
Soo, if like me you have just started to run to try and burden the NHS with one less person, you are not alone.
We are all doing great, hang in there, and when it is all over maybe we will stay fitter for life.
So, later in the evening, if there are reports of an earthquake in Dundee, don't worry, it's just me literally ' pounding the pavement', dark is good.. better for isolation (and lycra hiding).
