Run fat girl run!

Did my first day of week1 last night with my 17 year old daughter and I am still alive!!! Managed about 56sec on 3 runs then just kept moving as briskly as I could. My lungs have never worked so hard and my face was like a tomato but I felt good at the end. Met some fellow C25K who were really encouraging as they were on week 5 and I am determined to do this!!!!

Well done for starting! Just keep it slow and slower still and you will build up your stamina.

Trust me on this. I'm the slowest runner on Earth and I can say that I feel stronger now. I'm on week eight and I feel less tired already. It does get easier, but I'm a novice right now, just like you.

Well done Rosemary.

Stick with it and you'll soon be whizzing through the 1 minute runs like they were nothing :)

Seriously it does get better. I am on week 7 and having a few issues with the full 25 minutes, however, I console myself that I can run at least 15 minutes really comfortably now. I barely managed a minute at first! Keep going and good luck!

Run nice and slowly! You only need warm up and cool down briskly If you listen to the podcaster he or she will tell you what to do

Have fun 😃💪✔️🏃‍♀️
