Omg I actually went & done it this morning ran my first run & wasnt too puffed perhaps I went too slow? Shameful it’s take me this long as I haven’t worked for a month (run a restaurant). Next one on Friday & planning alternate days. Read all the info & found it really useful thank you! 😊

Can’t go too slow imho. 😄 As long as there’s a moment when both feet are off the ground, it’s running. Have fun and welcome to the forum. 👏🏼

Congratulations on on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, good luck, I just hope after the lockdown finally finishes you can get back to your restaurant, I miss going to my local restaurant and café.
