W3R1 did it and relieved

Was nervous today, and had a podcast malfunction close to the end of my 5 mins walk, which threw me a bit as I had to do all sorts to sort myself out, so my first run felt a bit messy - but the rest went fine. So relieved that the 3 min runs were actually ok. This C25K is really working for me - so far. Still buzzing, 5 hours later!

I hope so, but it can all go wrong so easily - but every day is a win where it is a positive experience!

We are exactly neck and neck with where we are at. I also did R1 of W3 today. I definitely noticed the difference between 90 seconds and three minutes, but I'm definitely feeling the benefits. Good luck with your journey.
