Hi Sadie thank you for asking- it’s been up and down. A weak knee stopped me for 10 days but I came back to wk 4 even stronger. Then I twisted my foot which was another 5 days rest. I’m now in wk 5 but have repeated r1 twice because I don’t feel fit enough to do wk5r2 (8mins straight) it’s a big jump. I’m just about managing the 5 minutes straight but I’m dying at the end. Feeling a little demotivated right now
