So, this is my third time starting C25k, (but first time joining this forum). Managed to get to week 5 last year. But I’m a fair weather jogger and can’t handle heat/cold/rain/wind (I know / excuses, excuses)
I jumped straight in at week 2 this time around (despite not running- I have been keeping my fitness levels up) and moved up to week 3 today.
My goal? To finally get to week 9 And running for a full 5k non stop. Feeling quite positive that I might actually do it this time!
