Giving this another go I have never completed all the weeks. Always give up. I am on week 1 plan my second run tomorrow as I skipped the gym tonight I have packed my running gear and plan to run on my lunch break at work. No excuses, wish me luck.

Good luck.

Post every run to make yourself accountable to the group. It helped to motivate me when I didnt want to go out.
