Just returned , found it challenging but less difficult than I imagined! Although had to slow down the pace on the last 5 mins ! Once again surpassed my expectations and completed R1 , 2 more to go , discovering the local paths , tracks and tow water paths ! Lovely day which contributed to the run which I found mildly enjoyable but ecstatic at the finish !

Upwards / Onwards beyond 16 mins running !’

Well done - it sounds as though you are doing great! 👍 Also, finding those trail routes is definately the way to go! I love bridleways, footpaths, fields and woodland - just beautiful! Good luck with your next run - stay safe.🙂🌈

Yes, I was concerned about week 4 as it seems a bigger challenge than clearly incremental weeks 1-3. ‘Time for some serious running’ as the app tells us! All ok so far, however.
