Ok.. so here I am sitting in the sun deciding on whether I think I can actually do this... I’ve cleared the running machine ready as definitely not ready for any human to see me attempt day 1 .. me running is prob the last thing people out for their daily fresh air will want too see and will terrify most to the bone.. actually I may help with social isolating as people will be terrified of the image of me burning into their retinas.. right... shall go in search of gym gear.. pretty sure I bought some last year when I joined the gym ( and it’s still in it packaging... ) ....

Well thankyou for believing in me guys!! I did it!! After the third run I didn’t think I’d manage to complete all the runs but I did...!! And I kept on going until I’d burnt off 200 calories!!!
Currently lying on my running machine.. no plans to get up anytime soon !! 🤣..
I didn’t do any stretches Northlondongirl ... beginners error!!! I’ll make sure I do them before and after next run...
The post run stretches are the important ones to stop aches and pains. Not too late to do then now 😉 before the run doing the warm up walk should be just fine!
