Week 3/4 and stuck

Hi everyone

Well I am supposed to start W4 today but have two problems. I wasn’t able to run 3 minutes non stop in W3, the best I managed was 2.30 then walk. This is due to claudication in my legs. Also my persistent lower back pain has got worse after a bodyweight workout yesterday.

So I am taking today as an extra rest day and when I start again I will redo W3 from the beginning. It’s not easy but I’m not giving up!

Well done.

There is no need to repeat a whole week, just any workout that you did not fully complete.
