Me too! Start week 4 tomorrow...trying to decide if I’m brave enough to run along the sea front or stick to my usual quiet residential streets!! Think I might be a huffing, puffing mess initially!!

I would stick to your normal route myself, to make it easier to know what's coming. My usual route has 2 big hills and I know the first 5 min run is going to include the whole of the worst but at least I know where it should end too.

Sea front is completely flat! No roads to cross, it’s probably better really...I just feel inadequate as all the ‘proper’ runners sprint past me! Lol

Ah well! If it's only that, just remember... what anyone else thinks is their problem!! You just have fun!

The proper runners will be busy properly running, or, they'll be thrilled to welcome a new member to their ranks (and you are a runner now) :) Just be prepared for smiles and waves (of both kinds) :)
