W1 done: simultaneously easier and harder than expected

On a positive side no headaches as I used to get on the treadmill back in the days, probably as I've made myself conscious to drink minimum ~250ml of water prior getting out of the street. Slight tension in the shins, but only slight, as not painful yet... Too hard shoes?.. Would compression socks help?.. Will experiment next week.

On the other side: unexpectedly out of breath after running the intervals and generally struggling to keep awake for the rest of the day. W1R3 was easier than W1R2, but I gave it two days break. Will now give another two days break before W2 interval runs.
