I started the C25K four weeks ago but was plagued with painful knees at the end of week 2. I followed advice on here and rested for 2 weeks whilst doing strengthening exercises every day.. I've just completed W3R1 and I feel great.. Made sure I stretched properly before and after my run.. Thanks for the advice guys. Fingers crossed I can keep going. Xx
