Back in the game!

After nearly 2 weeks on the ic with a horrid cold, I'm back.  W7 r1 is done.  Still ridiculously slow  (9 min per km) but a good run and a nice long walk at the end so was 6.5 km in total. Wondered if I could pick up where I left off with no ill effects.  The answer was a resounding "yeah baby" 💃

I love the way you're just getting on with it. There's no fretting, no worrying. Just shoes on, kit on, out the door, run.

Love it :-)

It was pretty touch but breathing is sorted so much better. Did have a little chest pain but that seemed to be coz I'm still a little congested.  A good cough and it was gone ☺

Oh good! So pleased to hear that.  You know it doesn't matter if you're slow.  Keep plugging away and things will fall into place

Have fun!

Glad to hear that you're back at it again.  Don't worry about time, speed, etc.  Just enjoy it and do what feels good.  You can work up to where you were in a short time.
