Had a couple of weeks break as my ankle was playing up.. almost felt like I'd sprained it slightly - going down stairs was quite painful for the first week! Plus living in Sussex, the heatwave was intense with 34/35 degrees most days! Re my ankle, I will need an ankle support .. does anyone have any tips for good ankle supports that will fit into my running shoe?
Today was just me testing the water so I didn't do the App run with Jo in my ear, just walked and ran a bit with my music and the dogs (went early) but was surprised at how much I was able to do with my fitness given a 2 week break.. was delighted actually. I'm going to take tomorrow off and then do the last run in W3 before trying W4 on Monday.
Am so happy to be back in the game!
