Well Iβve made it to week 3 run 1 and completed it. When I first got to Michael telling me on the 2nd run of the session for 3 mins I thought oh my goodness Iβve got to do 5 more of these! I hadnβt realised the session was broken down into 4. But amazingly I completed the whole session. Hot and sweaty but that can only mean I completed it all and pushed myself to the end and Iβm absolutely chuffed! Iβve never reached week 3 before let alone finish it!
