Just completed week 9 run 3, taken a while as got ill and had an injury since starting way back in late Jan but so happy I’ve got through it.

Well done, now try and enjoy the next stage which is consolidation. That can be for many many months until you decide your next target, if you don't already have one.

As your just 43 and an ex rugby player: that can be dangerous as you will still be very competitive (?), and injuries will occur.

Take it very easy and slowly.
