Run 3 of week 9 completed tonight. I have not missed one session and I am uber proud of myself!
Tonight's run felt easier but by no means easy! I am planning to continue. Not bothered about speed and I'm not yet at 5k but definitely want to carry on. Is the couch to 5k + any good?

Congrats on graduating! I was advised on graduation to consolidate the 30 minutes but also to try the following x3: To run 1st run as week one but slow run/fast run instead of walk/run, 2nd run to try hill intervals and the 3rd run to try and increase distance. Good luck with your progress and don't forget to pick up your shiny badge that you've earned
