I downloaded the app over 6 months ago! Kept putting it off, finding excuses why I couldn’t do it! I have to say, I enjoyed week 1. Onwards and upwards! Enjoy your day, not too many eggs! 😂

Hope it’s going ok so far I’m just finished week 6 and I’ve learnt it’s all about pace like my trainer said it’s all in the mind when it comes to running longer keep telling yourself you can do it xx
