Just a quick question

I don’t own a foam roller but I need to use something on my legs as my muscles are very tight even after stretching. So my forum buddies any ideas on what else I can use?

Standing on bottom step of stairs is good on toes go up for 10 and stretch heels down for 10 see if that helps xx

My knee joints are very tight, when I kneel on the floor my bum doesn’t get anywhere near my feet because they’re so tight☹️

The exercise I was given for calves was to stand on bottom step and lower heel down for aslong you can hold it down for and then raise foot up so your on your toes so it's stretching calves gets easier more u do it.

Or if really bad go to phisyo and get massage to loosen up.

Good luck x

Would you consider yoga on non-running days? There are loads of great videos on youtube (I like the Yoga with Adriene channel), so all you need is a mat. It really helps with deeper stretching and building some strength as well, and there are videos geared toward runners.
