Got one more jog left in week 6 run 2 seemed tough to complete for some unknown reason, maybe my energy levels were down a bit so will eat a banana around an hour before my next jog to hopefully up my stamina or it could have been the weather as it heated up yesterday fingers crossed 🤞 will carry water also, may even start taking the bike out for a spin again as it’s been left in the spare room for a couple of years take care be safe be positive

Good stuff, you have come so far! Running in warmer weather does feel tougher and takes a bit of getting used to. Make sure you hydrate well the day before your run, too. 👍

Well done.

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.

I’m also finding week 6 tough to complete! Did run 1 and thought I was doing so well but run 2 seems so hard and not sure why. I’m also going to try and run when it’s cooler.
