Hi there I have just loaded this app my daughter suggested it I've never done anything like this before .. how much time do I need to allow for my first run .. thankyou in advance

Congratulations on starting C25K, week one consists of 8/1 minute runs with 7/90 seconds walking breaks, however, if you find running for 60 seconds too much you can run for 30 seconds gradually increasing that to 60 seconds, also, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to.

About 1/2 hour. Look at the really useful guide on here. It will answer all you questions. Also lots of new people starting today. Might be worth engaging with them and forming a bit of a club :)

Your coach will guide you, 40 minutes all told, 5 mins each end to warm up and down. YOu coach will tell you how many minutes to walk, when to run, when to walk again. Just relax and go with it - good luck, and welcome to the forum
