W8R2...in the heat...

I'm lucky I run along the seafront, where if not a gale blowing, at least a breeze...not today, still as a dew pond. Out late for my run, sweating, it running in my eyes, down my back the works...so damned uncomfortable..but I was determined I was going to do it, after all, bail out now, and you just have to do it all over again... that goal of just 4 more runs after this to graduate running through my head. Sarah informing me I'd done 15, shit, is that all ???? feels like 30... forget the increase speed, I'm lucky I got through it all in one piece... this overweight 61 year old with a grim look on the face got looks of sympathy to from those runners bouncing along without a care in the world.... but one lovely young man stuck his thumb up to me, made my day, made my run... I did it... thanks to that guy...little things....

Well you ve obviously got the “ lynx effect🤩” , I smiled earlier and an oldish guy for moving to one side to let me run past him ( I was going to go on the road but he moved first ) .... and he just grimaced at me 😬....... 😳

I m finding this heat a challenge 🥵
