Thank you for your encouraging messages before I did this run. So this morning I got out and did it. I know many of us have been apprehensive about this run as it feels like such a step up to 20mins. But Jo Whiley kept telling me I had trained and prepared for this - and sheβs right. It wasnβt necessarily easy but nowhere near as hard as I thought it would be.
You should have seen the big smile on my face when I finished. Weβve all got this! Stay safe and healthy everyone.

Itβs such a natural high! Iβm only on W1R3 today but Iβm already hooked. Itβs great hearing how everyone is doing further down the programme. So inspiring! Hereβs to being healthier and stronger πͺπ»
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π
