Hi all

Just finished week 2. After the first run I was feeling bad. Now I have now decided to go really slow on the jogs someone shared a video of Chinese slow jogging. It really helps I’m not getting so far round the park. But kept my heart rate in cardio zone and felt much better at the end. Jog slowly and you can do it :-)

Absolutely! 👍 There is really no need to run fast on this programme. You will be getting fitter with every run; the most important thing is to complete each run. Well done!
