Finished Week 2!!

Admittedly it’s taken me 3 weeks to get there but thinking about it as a set of 27 runs takes away the pressure to fit in 3 runs a week when I find it hard to fit in when it’s dark earlier. Just kept thinking of this group which really helps to keep me going so thanks everyone!

Well done Vixtervix you're doing great. Quite right in doing it at your own pace - follow the plan, take your rest day or days and keep it slow and steady. It's not a race and getting to the end is the target not how long it takes!

Great Job! Keep up the good work, it doesn't matter if you take more than 9 weeks. It is the end goal that counts, took me 3 weeks to get to the 2nd week personally, but everyone is different :)

That’s what stopped me the first time as I just couldn’t fit in all 3 runs into 1 week and fell behind.

Me and my partner are finding it hard to go running with the dark nights coming in and her working shifts, but we’ve persevered. I’ve just finished week 2 run 2 and I’ve surprised myself. Week 3 looks a bit daunting though, really need to stop reading ahead 🤣
