Starting again with a new running buddy...

I graduated at the start of March but then had a family bereavement, then ended up in self isolation and then needed to use my daily exercise allowance to take my children out! But yesterday my six year old asked to start running with me so I got to run for the first time in weeks. It was difficult running at her speed and twice she told me to run before it was time as she thought it was funny but we had a really lovely run together on a very hilly country road in the evening sunshine and I got my heart rate up! Much more enjoyable than forcing myself to do lunges for Joe Wicks! Will be interesting to see how far she can follow the programme!
