Well I really didn’t want to go running tonight and for the first time I really didn’t enjoy any of it 😣 But nevertheless I’m glad I did it! That’s a third of the programme done 😄 onward to week 4

You got this. I am feeling you. I went out myself for a run. I was doing W2 D2.

Thank you 😊 well done we’re all in this together

You'll get those days but don't let them put you off, the good runs far outweigh the bad ones, well done on going out anyway you're doing great 👍😊

Good for you for pushing through and going even when you didn’t want to!

I get where you’re coming from but keep going! You’ll get to graduation week before you know it 😁

It's true, the only runs you regret are the ones you don't do.

We all have bad runs from time to time, don't dwell on it - just chalk it up and move on. 👍

Then it’s even better that you actually did it 👍👍 as the hardest part is getting out of the front door. Well done - onwards and upwards

Well done.. I've just done run 1 of week 3. It was easier than I'd anticipated... Hope it stays that way 😜

Well done. I will be doing my same run today. Perhaps shortly. Have struggled with both. I have some sausages tho so that will be my reward ichi do it. Perhaps counteractive for why I'm running.

Yes i am with you. I also just finished week run 3 and feel the same way. But then i thought about it and realised that running for the extra time was an achievement and if only for that reason I could enjoy the moment. Well done

Well done! I did my W3R3 about 2 hours ago so we're at the same stage. Here's to week 4!
