Well I did it.

I nearly left my post at that as I wasn’t sure what else to say, I have to be honest though I didn’t enjoy it. It was really hard and worst was I didn’t get any sense of elation for having completed it, I don’t know why as everyone else seems to, maybe I just expect too much of myself.

Well done, you did it and it is a milestone.

Maybe you are pushing too hard.

Running at the recommended pace at which you can speak clear, ungasping sentences as you run makes it more achievable and more enjoyable............most of us do not enjoy long periods of hard physical labour, so make it a bit easier.

Thank you, I do feel like I am going very slowly (not tried talking to myself though) but maybe I need to try to slow down even more 🤔

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

That is amazing 👍👍 really well done

This is the one I am worried about as I think if this 20 mins can be done the rest won’t seem hard

You must feel so proud of yourself 👍🌷🌷

Thank you!

And you will do it, you smashed run 2 so I’m sure you will be fine I’ll look forward to seeing your post to say you’ve done it.

Onward to week 6 for me 🤞

You did it and well done. I’m about to start W5 today and a bit nervous. Maybe we’re in the middle of this programme and it can feel hard being in the middle. Anyway it’s completed and you’re still running and posting. Well done 👍🏻

Aw thank you Judy20 😊

I think maybe you’re right that being in the middle is hard, but the main thing is we are doing it and we will succeed we just have to take the hard bits in our stride and keep going. I kept saying to myself that if I want to be a runner, and I do, that I have to get through the hard bits and keep going so that’s what I did to force myself through it.

Good luck with your run today and let us know how it goes
