Very pleased to have done that as inside on both knees is very sore. Not stabbing but just dull ache. Doing squats and hip stretches on rest day. But might give myself 2 days rest before week 3 starts.

Just (re) read it. Really helpful. I used my foam roller this evening and after a bit as soon as I started on quads it hurt! But i stuck with it and my knee soreness has reduced alot. I’m really happy because it might just be tight muscles getting used for running. Rather than my knee. 2 days rest now with some pilates and more stretching.
