... and enough in the bag to push myself on the last 90 seconds. I've also discovered a park with a pond within reach (just), although there's a rather hissy swan who doesn't like runners, it seems.

W3 starts on Sunday!

Watch that Swan, if required stop running while you pass it, especially if it knows that you are now doing a C25K run🚫⛔⚠️🏃🏃😉😉😉

Apparently they’re quite tasty... but you need the queens permission to eat one 😂

They can be very aggressive, so I’d give it a wide berth. They won’t do much damage (contrary to myth, the swans wing would break, not your leg) but they don’t give up!

I'm avoiding looking at it too closely for a few days, though it'll probably be all right.

I know what people mean by 'trust the programme' but it does sound a bit Handmaid's Tale at times.
