Phew! That's week 2 finished and must say, the session this morning felt much easier than the first - thank goodness. Niggley pains here and there but I'm 60, so expect I'll be getting those until I get a good bit stronger. Roll on next week😉

Well done, 2/3 through W1 here and recently turned 50.....so you’re ahead of me on both counts but inspiring me! Hope it goes well, enjoy!
I had to take a couple of weeks off to repair a groin strain (tsk!) But it was really easy to get back into it. I've been to buy new socks too - comfort is king😁 Keep going👍
🤣😂🤣 thanks for the reply and encouragement! Good to hear your story as my wife tried to do her W1R3 this morning but got groin strain so I’ve shared your experience with her and it’s helped! Did you do any walking or anything as a substitute whilst the strain was present?
