Congratulations on completing the program! 😀👍The best thing is to click on the pinned post for ''April Consolidation Club for New Graduates'!😀 Lots of tips and ideas about where to take your running next but also spend a little time 'consolidating' your 30 mins of running or maybe extending to 5k if you haven't quite got there yet?

Take your time though, there really is no rush and it takes a while to build up those running legs. I don't know where you have been running but this is often the time when folk try running on different terrain - hit the trails maybe? And then maybe think about running further, although this is not for everyone.

So many exciting things to explore now - good luck!👍

Cheers I've been past 2 weeks running on hills n streets rather than flat. My 30 min running covers 3.6km and 5min either side of walking = 5.5km.

Not sure where the April consolidation club is on here..

I'm just running to times.. and just check the distance when i stop.
