So not allowed out even for essential shopping, but I have taken my living room walk to the next level. I made a start on attempting week 2 again this morning. Managed half hour brisk walking with a couple of 90 second jogging on the spot sessions before my legs shouted a big ouch at me. Tuesday Iโll aim for 3 jogging on the spot sessions. Barefoot jogging is a new experience to say the least but incredible comfortable strangely.
