So not allowed out even for essential shopping, but I have taken my living room walk to the next level. I made a start on attempting week 2 again this morning. Managed half hour brisk walking with a couple of 90 second jogging on the spot sessions before my legs shouted a big ouch at me. Tuesday I’ll aim for 3 jogging on the spot sessions. Barefoot jogging is a new experience to say the least but incredible comfortable strangely.

Thank you. I’ve been walking aimlessly up and down the living room for the last week, getting my step count up then thought why not jog on the spot. Why not restart the couch to 5k while I’m at it 🤷🏻♀️
It really is a fabulous idea! I’m worried that if not everyone adheres to social distancing we won’t be able to take our daily exercise but you have the solution! Thank you
