Never mind nine weeks! Just get the first 3 runs done in week1 !
Many folk find that difficult. Each of those minutes seems so long. Willing yourself to keep going until Laura let’s you walk briskly again. That brisk walk is just as important as the run though.
It’s a job to get your breathing right. Your phone battery will die. It’ll rain too hard.
We have all been there. The difficult bit was deciding to start. That is done. Tick off W1R1, then decide how to improve for R2 and tick that off. There is only one thing stopping you.
