Have decided must lose weight and have done jogging in the past which I did lose weight. My wife has me on a high protein low carb meal plan and we are trying to avoid processed food, see if that works?
Purchased arm band for phone so I could listen to instructions and went for W1R1 on 27/8 which was fine even though have done very little exercise for about six years.
Looking forward to next session tonight

You should! When you become addicted to running - and there's a ridiculously high chance that you will - it's nice to have someone to talk to about it! My family all tease me as soon as I mention the word 'run' (think Inbetweeners episode 'friend' ' ooh friend')
