Well I’ve made it through week 2 and I’m really proud considering. I’m not sure if I am going any faster but I am not drinking sips of water like I did on the last round.
The one thing I can’t seem to get right is my eating🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I don’t know why but I’m struggling. I know how to cook in fact love it I think it’s just my portions.
Anyone with any tips of the best way to do this please let me know I know what I need to do it’s just doing it to see the results 😔 I will not give up I will keep going week three here we come
Good night everyone stay safe ....

Great job... and don’t worry about faster, keep it comfortable... after this plan you’ll have lots of years to worry trivial things like speed.
Add a little extra of something fatty or high in protein... eat slowly and it should fill you sooner, and for longer as they take more time to digest than carbs. I did that and started not emptying a plate, with the added bonus that I also didn’t want to snack.
Well done and keep going.... Why don't you buy yourself a smaller plate or drink a glass of water half hour before your meal so you won't feel as hungry. Good luck
No expert on food but keep going. Keep hydrated as best you can and you should be fine all the way to graduation. Yes. you'll get there!
Smaller plates can help, as can having a cut off time for eating, so not eating past 6pm or similar. I think a lot of people default to stress eating, and as a lot of us are home, bored and have the background stress of events in the world, we maybe eat a little more than usual. Maybe don't think of food overall, but look at how well you did in this meal, then that meal. Don't get cross at yourself, be curious? Am I actually hungry, if not, why an I still eating? Plus agree with tip about eating slowly. Be kind to yourself. You are doing amazingly, one day at a time.
