Week 7 run three, I thought I'd be ok, but ended up with back ache and aching legs, I couldent have upped the pace the last 1 min if you'd paid me. What's the difference, is it because it's warmer? Thinking that maybe I should repeat week 7 ?
W7R3... wobble: Week 7 run three, I thought I'd... - Couch to 5K

Cricks rigsy you’ve pushed on week 7 run 3 .put it down to warmer weather and maybe just not feeling the love today

Another day another run and you’ll do it!

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner.
Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.
Your running career will not be a inexorable upward curve.
Well done, you did it.

You did it and that's all that matters. If I were you I would carry on into week 8. You can do it - you've done it already. Some runs are just stinkers, I think. But I've never had two in a row....
Thanks for that, I've not had a bad run before, always so positive, so this kinda hit hard...noticed on my stats, heart rate up, pace down. Here's hoping it's just an off day eh?
I decided to repeat w7r3, and it was great, no problems at all, so w8r3 day after tomorrow, bring it on !
