Going to dust off my running shoes and get back into it. Have been keeping fit with loads of energetic dance classes but of course they have stopped. Don’t want to lose that leg strength and cardiovascular fitness (such as it is!) so Couch25k here I come again! 😊👍

Welcome back. Good to hear that you’ve maintained a good fitness level while away from running, that will help a lot. All you have to do now is some nice conversational paced running to get those legs reconditioned to the running motion... enjoy your journey.

Thank you so much! Nothing quite like a tap class or a jazz class but at least I can still have the uplifting music 🎧 while running. I find it hard not to do fancy arm movements to the music as I run - would look hilarious! 😂
