Long time no post but all good

So I’d planned to join local running club at start of Jan. on that very day my dad sadly died. Heartbroken but 86 years well lived. Went week after to try and blow my sadness away and it helped. Gone each week since and been out a couple of times in between. Just got back from a non stop hill grueller of around 3.75k ( forgot to start watch 🙈). All previous efforts in C25K still there and I’m enjoying the freedom to run! 🏃‍♀️🎉

Nice to hear from you purplewalker and so sorry about your dads passing. It's good you are out and running even if it helps just a little bit. 🤗🤗
