Hi all ,just completed week 6 run 2 ,felt ok ,but now onto just running with no walking breaks looking forward to the challenge.

Great stuff... just the lovely longer runs to go, and you’re more than ready for them! Nice steady starts and ease into your comfortable pace. Enjoy closing week 6 out.

You can do it, you managed the 20 mins none stop, what's another 5 mins? Remember week one, the doubts of being able to run for one min, see how far you've come in such a short space of time? As of the next run, your a proper runner, what a milestone ! Onwards and upwards
