Have just completed week 6 run 3 and am so chuffed, sorry if this sounds like gloating but really pleased with myself ,as never thought I could do 25 minutes of running although a bit slow and little more than a very fast walk. Just wanted to thank everyone for posts and encouragement has kept me going this far. Says I am now a runner ππ€£ xx

Thatβs awesome, me too! I was going super slow, then last five mins speed up a little and then last min I increased speed and then managed to keep running another minute to the exit of the park. I did nearly die lol, but am wondering if I am going fast enough generally? I ran for about 2.3 miles in total π€·ββοΈπ
