I have just completed Week 1 of the program but not sure I am ready to move to Week 2. How do I repeat Week 1 on the app? Thanks.

Hi, in the app just go to the run you wish to repeat, click on it and it should(or it does on mine) give you the option to repeat that particular run, however I felt similar to yourself but thought I’d give week 2 a go to see what it was like as I could always go back to week 1 if needed, actually found it ok and surprised myself and stuck with it each time. Just completed W3R3. I’m finding each run just a little easier than the previous which I guess is the whole point of the program.
