So as the gym has closed and I have sat on the sofa it was time to kick myself into touch.
The sun is shining and the wind has been blowing.
A route reconnaissance 10000 steps. A few brisk walks. I was previously at wk 3 so I have gone back to wk2.
How nice to run outside. Bit chilly but two shirts and a sweater to keep warm. First 90 seconds. Hey that was breeze. Next 90 seconds hey this isnt bad.
My last 90 seconds. God that was hard. Who put hills in woods. πππ.
Anyway as hard as that last one was and I'm prob going a bit slower than on the treadmill but I did it.
I shall two the other two runs again before moving to week free.
