Unless your cycling holiday was longer than a fortnight, I’d just carry on with the next scheduled run. It’s not as if you’ve been inactive! It’s up to you though-if you’d feel more confident going back a week, that would be a perfectly valid thing to do. Perhaps give the next run a try with mental permission to adapt (which is always allowed!) if you want to. Good luck!

As MissUnderstanding suggests... head out and see how you go... slow and steady and tweak if need be Well done you!

I think the above is the best advice. Last week was my fourth consolidation week after graduating C2 30 min. Yesterday was a run day and I just wasn't feeling it. The weather couldn't make up its mind and I didn't really want to get soaked by getting caught in a rain shower. The couch was calling...
But I decided I would at least go out and run for 10 minutes (to get through the toxic 10) and if I wanted to turn around after that, I would.
I ended up running my first 5K distance along the local canal and the sun was gorgeous...
The toughest thing, sometimes, is getting out the door...

Crack on. Going back a few runs will give you no useful information that simply doing your next run can't (especially as you've clearly been wonderfully active)
Remember too that even if somehow (and I am doubting this is going to happen) you don't complete the session... it's all useful learning.
