It was so emotional, we popped out heads out the back door and all the balcony’s in the nearby flats were out too. Just brilliant. I know we have a few NHS and support workers on here, we were clapping for you too ❤️ Xxxx

Me too! I live in quite a small village and wasn’t sure many would do it, but they did. It was quite emotional 😅

Hubby and I too! We live out in the sticks and thought that we might be the only ones. It was amazing . In such a small place on top of a hill , the claps 👏👏👏👏👏from other neighbours just echoed all around. It was truly wonderful.

I retired from the NHS last May,and anaesthetics and keeping patients ventilated during procedures is my skill set. So I am just waiting to be reinstated back onto the HCPC register so I can get back to my profession and help.

We will get through this all of us ....how long it will take ? We really don’t know. But what we do know is that we all have to stay safe, and help where we can🤗🤗

Yes, we were there - only my immediate close in our road but we could hear cheering from afar. Out today saw a balcony decorated with 'thanks' posters and balloons, obviously done by children home schooling. A lovely gesture. Keep safe everyone.

Yeah I was a bit disappointed as no one in our street was out, I am a nurse as well with NHS and also do palliative nursing so thank you to everybody for your support, my daughter lives down south and sent me videos of her street out cheering, was emotional but makes your job worthwhile 😁 👍
