Give our Flara a big cheer

Ms Flara Flarkin graduated today, give that lady a massive cheer. She is a motivator and a bit of a star. Although she can be a distracted by gremlins at times.

I was privileged and honoured to do that graduation run with her, although a fair few miles away.

No stopping her now. πŸ¦‹

I struggled to make out those yellow things. Put my specs on and made it big. Its clapping. You should have run with us, although you would have been miles in front.

If I’d known I would. β€˜Cept my butt hasn’t got out to run today. I’ll do a lap I. Your honour this weekend, Runny One.

You missed off the kittens . Alex and Sam are integral to any run involving the cat family. But yes, once this madness is passed let's try and organise a meet up

It's a date.

I am fair to middlin as the saying goes.

Bit fed up with the home working and the inconveniences brought about by lockdown.

Hope all ok with you

You sound like my Mum ! She always said that... :) You look great!

Yes, it is going on... and on... and on isn't it.. and no end in sight.

But... yes, we are good, thank you; we got to see the family, in the flesh, so to speak, for the first time in months, and are hoping, if Wales stays open, to get to the coast, to our van next week ! ( Letting the rush subside over this weekend).

I felt better once I braved running out side again... the garden is big, but not that big!

It is the inconveniences, you are right and little things suddenly seem stupidly important.

We are fortunate... really and have done so many things we had neglected, and are growing stuff like mad .. I had a new small wooden greenhouse for my 70th birthday...just pre lockdown!

I do not envy anyone working at all... such horrid strange times...!!

We will get there my friend.. you know my mantra... slow and steady.... and in light of the times... carefully :) xxx
