Consolidating. Run 2. I got myself in a state this morning; reached the starting point of my run but couldn’t get the run I wanted up on the NRC. The dog was twirling round trying to poo more often than usual. The dog bin seemed like miles away.
I felt unreasonably near to tears and ready to come home.
However, decided I was massively overthinking everything and should forget apps and just run.
I did and it was good. 🌸😊🌸

When I first started the plan, I used to take my Dog, but the sniffing, peeing and pooing became too much. I hated leaving her at home. She hated it too - I'm told she sits at the front door howling 😔
Good for you - I found I was having the same conversation with myself yesterday - now more than ever let’s all just enjoy being out there and being fit enough to run 😎
Don't put extra pressure on yourself. Do what keeps you happy and calm. Now, more than ever, this is about your mental health just as much as your physical health.
Well done on your run Comfortnotspeed you will find things that better for you like running with or without a app I used to use a app on my consolidation runs but found it a pain then just went music and sometimes nothing happy running 👍
You are doing brilliantly during this crazy time. It’s possibly taking its toll subconsciously and affecting you without you realising. You did the best thing though by just running and I’m so glad you had a good run in the end. 😊🌸🤗
